What Inspired Me
Great writers like the famous Maya Angelou and her ability to touch the mind and soul. Her voice, music, quotes and undertones. It's the way it made me feel.
It was so empowering and satisfying.
It moved me.
As a writer, I believe the world is my canvas.
As wide open as the sky,
There's no image to big to leave a message behind.
I use my voice to empower through spoken word, song and teaching.
My greatest inspiration is GOD.
He's developing me into the image He wants to see.
He gave me a message first to empower me.
A GLAD BLACK Woman was an epiphany.
My gifting's made room for me.
Given by my wise counselor, teacher, provider, the potter and the designer.

I use to be uncomfortable in my own skin.
